Shipping From: Domestic (Singapore)
Once the order is confirmed and paid
Orders received by 1PM on business days will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 1PM will ship the following business day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
-> Free Shipping: 2-5 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).
-> Express Shipping: 1-2 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).
Shipping From: Overseas
Once the order is confirmed and paid, the next day we initiate the order for dispatch process.
-> Free Shipping: 15-28 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).
-> Express Shipping: 7-19 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).
Depending on customer’s postcode, our overseas warehouse postcode.
Shipping cost will be based on the product weight and delivery address.

If one or more of the items you received are Damaged, Different, or Not Working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return within 3 days of the order being received.
After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (Since all of our products offer free shipping + quality check before ship out, so you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
Buyer select Free Shipping ( Non- Tracking ): Photos/ Videos Proof of delivery will sent to your Whatsapp/ Email after drop off at Post office.
Buyer select Express ( Trackable ): Tracking number will auto update in our website. You can check “ Track My Order” to get all information.
Buyer select stock in Singapore: Ready Stock in SG
The following conditions are exempt from receiving After Sale Services:
– Incorrect address provided by buyers.
– Buyers who cannot provide evidence that meets the threshold of proof and who do not intend to return the product for testing.
– Buyers who ask for resends, resupply and return, refund overdue.
– Product shipped, situations caused not by quality issues and/or not our responsibility, buyers who provide subjective/unacceptable reasons to ask for refund.
– Lost Mail if buyer select Free Shipping ( Non- Tracking) as there is NO way of tracking.
