Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read and understand our store’s returns and exchange policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.

Products Return Policy

Acceptable Return Reason
List of valid return reasons:

  • Received wrong item
  • Damaged / faulty item
  • Item doesn’t match description

You need to inform us within 3 days of the order being received.

Apparel Return Process

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 3 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, we will only accept returns of items that:

  • Have not been opened
  • Have all seals and tags intact ( if any)
  • Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 3 days of receiving.

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  • Items outside the 3 days warranty time-frame.
  • Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
  • Items under the following categories: Swimwear, Underwear, Lingerie, and Earrings. These items are not covered by the warranty for hygiene reasons.
  • On sale and promotional items.
  • Items due to size variance within 0.5 inches to 1.5 inches or 5%, whichever higher, from the size guide provided as it is to be reasonably expected and acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.
Sizing issues

In the apparel industry, there are slight size differences between brands and manufacturers. It is important you check the size chart and size conversion chart on the product before ordering.
If we have shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
If you chose the wrong size, we will offer an exchange or refund for you, but please note that shipping costs to return the items are at your expense.

Categories that do not allow for returns:
  • All undergarments and swimsuits
  • Digital goods, such as mobile top up and food vouchers
  • Products that require installation, customization or are bulky
  • All paint and primers
  • Groceries

At the time of making a Return Request on the Platform, Buyer will be required to provide appropriate supporting documentation/ proof including without limitation:

  1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number, product code (SKU number), copy of bill/ tax invoice for the Product received…
  2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting. The images need to capture the following: (a) the shipping label with Order ID; (b) Order details; (c) packed shipment; (d) issue observed by the Buyer in the Product; (e) damages to the Product; and/or (f) the IMEI number (in case the Product is a mobile phone);…

You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product problem/order / SKU number.
Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s).
Customers must contact us before returning an item. For incomplete warranty requests, Singwebshop reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, Singwebshop reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
Customers must return the item by the shipping method specified by Singwebshop, usually registered mail is required.
All returns will be checked by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned product cannot be repaired, Singwebshop will provide an alternative solution.

Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Cancelling Orders & Refund:

All orders placed on the SingWebShop can be cancelled only if it has not been processed yet.

How to cancel an order?

  1. After placing the order, if you wish to cancel it, go to My Account > Orders.
  2. Under the order actions tab, there are option of Cancel, Exchange, refund Orders.
  3. Once you click on that a confirmation pop up will come up and you can add your reason of order cancel, Exchange, refund and then click submit.
  4. After confirming confirming, we will take accessory actions.


If you meet the “Return Policy” criteria and would like to apply for a refund. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
