Shopping Information

Once the order is confirmed and paid
Orders received by 1PM on business days will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 1PM will ship the following business day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If you select stock in Singapore + Free Shipping: 2-5 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).
If you select stock in Singapore + Express Shipping: 1-2 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).

Once the order is confirmed and paid, the next day we initiate the order for dispatch process.

If you select stock from Overseas + Free Shipping: 15-28 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).
If you select stock from Overseas + Express Shipping: 7-19 days ( exclusions of weekend and Public Holidays).

Buyer select Free Shipping ( Non- Tracking ): Photos/ Videos Proof of delivery will sent to your Whatsapp/ Email after drop off at Post office.
Buyer select Express ( Trackable ): Tracking number will auto update in our website. You can check “ Track My Order” to get all information.

There will be an additional charge for redelivery in the event of a failed delivery. As the delivery man may not call before delivery, please ensure that there is someone to receive your package at your delivery address. Convenient addresses will be redelivery free of charge.

Note: However, Normal Mail will rarely lost a few parcels and as there is NO way of tracking. If our team already sent you proof of delivery (photos/video), We therefore refuse to accept responsibility if the parcel is lost in this case. Please read Our Exemption Disclaimer in other cases.

For cases using Registered mail, Tracked mail, Express mail will apply according to Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

You will not receive a tracking code if your order has been shipped via Free Shipping ( Post office). However, you can calculate an estimated delivery date based on our time reference chart.
If you do not receive your parcel within this period of time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

SingWebShop employs a comprehensive logistics system under which it has partnerships with many world-leading international shipping companies including but not limited to DHL, EMS, UPS, QXPRESS, J&T EXPRESS, NINJA VAN, SPEEDPOST, SINGPOST… to offer a fast and convenient door to door delivery.

Our apologies but in-store pick up is currently unavailable. Only a few cases of delivery fail, and cannot negotiate for redelivery can go to the warehouse to pick up item(s).

Once your order has been processed for delivery and shipped out from our facilities, you may find tracking information in your “Track My Order”. Please click on “Track My Order” in our website to view. Tracking information will be made available after your order is shipped.

All orders placed on the SingWebShop can be cancelled only if it has not been processed yet.

“Change of mind” means that you decided you no longer want the item after purchasing it. However, you will not be able to cancel it. Yes, you can still make payment without a paypal account. Alternatively, you can opt for bank transfer or direct credit card payment

You do not have to worry about additional charges. The total amount that you will pay is the amount stated when you check out.

If it is your first time using your card on paypal, paypal charges a USD$1 to your account. This is a temporary authorisation charge. An authorisation charge is a common method used to validate that a credit card is active and available for online payments.
Depending on the card bank, the charge will remain for anything from a few minutes to 30 days before being released back to credit card balance. If the authorisation charge remains on the card after 30 days, buyer will need to contact the card issuer. This USD$1 charge is by Paypal and not charged by Singwebshop.

If you meet the “Return Policy” criteria and would like to apply for a refund. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

Yes, it is mandatory to have a Registered Account with us. You will be able to place the order only if you are an account holder with us. This account will also enable you to track all the details related to your orders, shipping, payment, notifications and much more.
